As a Compano customer, you can forward a message directly to us.  You can enter a comment in the software under "help" and then "+melding" (message). We will receive your message along with additional technical information  so that we can resolve the problem.

If you are not sure what to do, we will be happy to help you. Call us and we will analyse your problem or question together with you. 

Do you want us to see what you have on your computer screen? Click on the button on the right (TeamViewer). It will grant us temporary access to your computer. We will then be able to access your computer screen and you will be able to see exactly what we are doing on your screen as we help you resolve your problem remotely.

We will then break the connection and you can keep working!
